KIDS CLASSES
Introduction to Kenpo
Children are taught the same Kenpo Karate as adults, but with more emphasis on physical fitness and self discipline.
We also have “bully” defense and awareness-escape drills.
ADULT PROGRAMS
Internal & External Training
We offer private and group instruction for Kenpo Karate, Tai Chi, Yoga, Kickboxing and Self-Defense, as well as monthly seminars and workshops.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Self-Defense, Seminars, Belt Tests & More
PAMA offers special seminars on topics such as weapons or self defense with an occasional guest instructor.
We also offer summer camps and birthday parties for children.
